Mike was recommended to me by a contractor I had come over to the property for flooring replacement. I was undecided on whether to renovate or sell the property, but Mike took the time to come out to the property and give me his opinion. There were no strings attached and no push to sign any sort of exclusivity agreement. For months, Mike was professional about responding to questions and general inquiries I had about selling the property. In the end, I decided to bring Mike on as my seller's agent; I never once entertained bringing another agent into the process. Michael is a premier real estate agent, often times going above and beyond what a normal agent will do. He is super responsive, and knowledgeable about the area.
